Question about the rules: some versions of CTI rules specify penalties for not following the rules. For example, if you have to stop stroking to prevent yourself from cumming, you have to ignore the next chance to cum. Or if you cum without a chance to cum, you have to ruin your orgasm and/or not masturbate for two days. Should stuff like that be included?

There is no specific standart, the default penality is to ignore the next chance to cum, ... as you said, which is in my opinion too hard.
You can set your own penalities and you can combine them with punishment cards, you draw these cards after or before the tease as penality, which is more fun ;D

Yeah. At the end of the day, all rules are up to the player, but I think it's important that rules be set before your start, rather than when you encounter a problem mid-slideshow. Makes it way more user-friendly, so you aren't stuck deciding what to do or Googling for an answer.
